Do you do extensions?
Unfortunately I do not, I am hoping to take a course really soon. I am able to work with clip-in-extensions if you provide them.
How long do the trials last?
The trials finish when you are happy with your chosen style, how ever long that takes.
Is a trial really necessary?
Yes, especially for the bride, for the look you want and timings for the day.
Do you charge by the hour?
No, it is one set price for each bridal party, however long it takes.
Do you charge more for the bride?
No, you are charged by the hairstyle chosen, not the rank of the bridal party.
How long do you stay on the wedding morning?
I stay until you leave, you may wish for a top up of hairspray, the flower girl may have pulled out her tiara or messed up her curls. and I will be there to make it perfect again!!
I would like natural curls but do not like using hot irons, would this be a problem?
No, I can use curlformers, which need no heat.
My hair gets really oily, I would need to wash it on the wedding morning, would that be ok?
Day old hair can be better to work with but if washing it will make you feel better then that would be fine.
How many can you style on the day?
Unfortunately as I am the only stylist it can be limited, but it does depend on complexity of the styles and the time you leave to get married.
Not sure what style to choose for the bridesmaids?
You do not want their style to out shine yours, but they still need to be lovely, the styles need to compliment each other, I think it looks best if the bride decides to have her hair in a down do then the bridesmaids hair would look best in a updo and visa versa.
