- Non refundable – booking fee, Consultation and 2 trial price.
- Cancellation – I will need six weeks notice before the wedding date, if it is less, then you will be liable to pay the full amount.
- Payment - I accept Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer.
- Travel - Anything over a 15 mile distance, will be subject to a charge of 60p per mile to and from your chosen venues. Calculated by Google map from TF4 2AS.
Notice - Customer is under no-obligation to book their wedding day Hair with Katalia's having received there trial.
In the unlikely event that I become Ill, I will do my utmost to get a qualified replacement for your big day. However, if I cannot then you will receive a full refund.
